My name is Reine. I am 21 years old, female . I weight 60 kg and want to loost 15 kg..
My measurements for ..
belly: 35" , I want to loose 8" of my belly fat
Butt: 40" , I want to loose 5" of my buttocks fat
Thighs:25", I want to loose 8" of my thigh fat ...
I would really like loose the mentioned inches and kilos within 2-3 months so would u please give me information if it will work and what kind of products i will have to use...

Hi Reine, hope you are doing great also.
Healthy ways of losing weight would be always the hard way as you already might be knowing:
1. Balanced diet. Avoid junk food, fried and fatty foods.
2. Take salads before your main meal so that you feel fuller before your meal.
3. Regular aerobic exercise of at least 1 hour a day.
4. Drink lots of water
5. Good sleeping habits
Avoid using any other products like diet pills or instant slimming programs. They can be injurious to your health.
