Suggest Therapy For Anxiety & Panic Attacks

To start off, I'm an eighteen year old girl who's never had any health problems until about March of this year, where I had stomach pains bad enough that I had to go to the E.R. The doctors there told me nothing was wrong, and later when I had a check-up from a clinical doctor and ultimately they said nothing was wrong with me and all I was suffering from was anxiety.

Fair enough, I've got a family history of anxiety issues.

Just that, well, since about May the left side of my chest has been hurting all the way into my shoulder, plus my stomach sometimes gets all squirmy-like, for lack of better words. I also get headaches, most on the top of my head, it doesn't hurt, per say, its more like there is a sort of pressure on my brain, and sometimes that pressure will go down to my eyes or back of my head. Sometimes I also find it difficult to breathe, like somebody is choking me. All of these things have gotten to the point where I can't even sleep most nights and they are definitly not helping with my panic attacks. Help?
