General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

If there're two stones at the entry to the bladder, until it causes some block to urine flow, from kidney to bladder. This is clearly seen on the abdominal scan. Treatment depends on stone size. If small in size, medical treatment is enough. If large-sized, until need lithotripsy (endoscopic fragmentation).
Drink about 3 liters water daily. Take Potassium magnesium phosphate twice daily. Pain is treated with antispasmodics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
