Suggest Therapy For Urinary Infection

hi , just got my medical report (urine culture) which states the e coli count as 100000. i am 62 years old & diebetic, female. report also mentions under comments as wild type (aminiglycosides) & cross resistance to floroquinolone & ESBL. do i need treatment? i got a whole list of senitivity / resistant report against all difference antibiotics also for which i can answere you if you ask any specific questions.. please help me thanks jaya
