my baby is 3 month old she is having loose motion from 2 days in a day 6-7. only water and yelow color stool (not much but frequently after taking my milk) and my doctor has given zifi drops and entrogermina.we have started from yerterday night -zifi and from today morning enterogemina. ut she is sleeping more from today morning .would like to know is normal and how much days need more to be normal for my child

Hi, your child will be ok in 2-3 days, the treatment is correct. She is sleeping more because she has got some relief, no need to worry.
