Suggest Tips For Weight Gain Before C-Section And Why Does Ensure Plus Cause Weakness And Dizziness?

Im 28 weeks pregnant abd i am trying to put some extra weight on my baby before my c-section in 6 more weeks. However, when i drink ensure plus i start to feel weak and dizzy. Do you know why and is there sonethibg else i can do to put extra pounds on my son before my scheduled c-section?

Ensure plus is a health supplement. Normally it does not weakness and dizziness. if u r getting such kind of side effects, u can try some other health supplement. To gain weight u have to take extra calorie and supplement. Consult ur gynecologist. she will suggest u another supplement according to the availability.
