Hi, My sister has 7 year old twins. One boy & 1 girl. Both of them are doing well. The girl is very smart and finishes all her work on time, but the boy is unable to focus on anything. He is also smart - but does not want to sit and do anything. He doesn t want to read or write. Even in sports lessons he doesn t show interest. What kind of evaluation will help him. I would recommend you to visit a child psychiatrist to rule out ADHD ( attention deficiency hyperactivity disorder) or learning difficulty in the child. A proper evaluation will be helpful. It can be easily done in Chennai.
