Hai My daughter is 2 Years 4 months old now.. And she is completely reluctant for fruits and vegetables also.. Veggies should not be seen at all in rice.. And also the quantity of rice intake she takes iam confused how much exactly this age group kids take.. Iam so worried about her health.... and growth.. She is 13.6 kg now.. Please suggest me some tips to improve her food habits.. she doesnt even take egg

Let her appetite guide it. If she does not like fruits give her fruit milk shake, if she does not like veggies mix purée if veggies with rice. Offer her variety of food and talk to her about the nutritional value of eat food. Also through stories you can explain her the nutritional value of the food.
