Suggest Treatment After Analyzing The Uterus Scan Report
uterus : uterus is anteverted, it is normal in size & outline. size is 79x59x47 mm.
there is small hypoechoechoic lesion seen in posterior wall. size approx 16x14mm. endometrial thickness is approx 12.2 mm
Adnexae : Right ovary is normal in size & echogenicity. size is approx 27x19 mm.
left ovary is approx 31x21 mm. multiple small follicles are seen.
u. bladder - normal
no free fluid seen
opinion small hypoechoic lesion in posterior wall of uterus, small fibroid.
my question is :
what this report tells about?
can i become pregnant.
i am 34 yrs old.

Small hypoechoic lesion in posterior wall of uterus may be due to fibroid uterus.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
Normal pregnancy is possible with fibroid uterus.If there is any complication related to fibroid like recurrent abortion,excessive bleeding etc then myomectomy can be done.
Rest of the findings are normal.
You should consult your gynecologist.
