I am 64 years old. When ultrasound test was done the report said that " Uterus is bulky and neasures 8.1 x 4.5 x 7.o cms- Anteverted. Large fibroid measuring 5.6 x 6.8 cms is noted in the posterior wall of the uterus - Endometrium regular"

What should I do?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to USG report uterus is enlarged in size with a large fibroid(measuring 5.6 x 6.8 cms)in the posterior wall of the uterus.
Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
Endometrial thickness is normal.
You should consult gynecologist.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
