Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
You have not mentioned your marital status and whether you are being investigated for infertility .

The Spermatocele or epididymal cyst that you have is a benign cyst and does not need any treatment .

As regards bilateral Varicocele detected on colour Doppler Scanning suggest you have grade one or Subclinical Varicocele which also does not require any surgery ..

If you are being investigated for infertility and there is issue with parameters of sperms like count ,motility and morphology doing surgery of Varicocelectomy can not give guarantee of fertility

Varicocele can not be cured by medicines .

At this stage Frequent and proper monitoring under observation of Urologist is mandatory .
