Suggest Treatment For '12mm Cyst In The Spleen'

I was in the hospital 6 months ago for postoperative pain and fever from recent hysterectomy. During my ER evaluation a "probable 12mm cyst in the spleen" was discovered per CT of abdomen/pelvis. I have been between jobs and currently without health insurance, but i am concerned about this finding. I sometimes have pain in my back or shoulder blade area, and my stomach almost always feels bloated. Any thoughts? I am starting a new job and will have insurance again soon.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cyst being detected in the spleen and it is the silent in feature then it needs clinical observation or confirm the lesion for differential diagnosis it is advisable to get done the MRI study, it may be nonspecific lesion, you must be having some abdomen symptoms but may not be due to the cyst but it could be due to dyspepsia, hope this information helps.
