Suggest Treatment For Balanitis

Hello I recently was at my Doctor and was given an antibiotic and I m on my 3 day but this morning I woke up with a very swollen Penis I m not sure if I cut off the circulation or what. I m normal and healthy but it looks like water I don t want a penis that large. I was wondering if I may have had an infection... Never have had this happen before.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Balanitis is generally due to bacterial and fungal infection that cause inflammation and produce redness.
Take following advises:
Along with oral treatment take topical treatment:
Clinamycin ointment: twice-daily until the infection has resolved.
Apply 1% Clotimazole cream
Apply topical ointment imidazole with 1% hydrocortisone for marked inflammation
Wear pure cotton loose undergarment
Take healthy diet with antioxidant and vitamin supplement to increase immunity
Drink plenty of water for better systemic circulation
