Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Parkinson 's disease is neurological disease and can be controlled through newer drugs. So for this I advice you to
consult neurologist and start appropriate treatment.
For COPD,
smoking cessation is must if you are smoker.
Inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) are cornerstone of the treatment.
Along with drugs, you should enroll yourself in
Pulmonary Rehabilitation center where
chest physiotherapy and deep breathing exercises are done. These will improve your lung function.
Also get done adult Pulmonary vaccination with pneumococcal and Influenza vaccines to prevent recurrent respiratory tract infection.
So
consult pulmonologist and discuss all these therapeutic options for COPD and start treatment accordingly.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
