Suggest Treatment For Crohn S Disease

Hi I suffer badly with IBS-D very near to mild Caron s disease, I just had a flare up today spent all day in bed Very bad cramp pains this seems to just start first thing in the mornings had it off and on. Is there anything I can do regarding this first thing in the mornings flare ups?

Hello,

Steroids and immunomodulators are the treatment of choice. Consult a gastroenterologist and make necessary dose adjustments.

Medical management will be the best option and there is no role for surgery at present.
