Suggest Treatment For GERD

Sir, I have a problem by Gas and taking care by a gastroenterologist last 3 yrs, I am taking different type of medicine as per doctor's advise, like nexpro fast 40, neksum 40, naturolax etc, but now I am taking adiza 10 and Nexito Plus 5 mg. I also test upper endoscopy twice, they have report GERD and Duodenitis. Now pls give me a suggest

Proton pump inhibitors or histamine receptor blocker and gastrin receptor blocker to decrease the production of hcl because gastrin. Histamine activate parietal cells.
