Suggest Treatment For IBS, Nausea And Swollen Belly

my husband was diagnosed with haemochromatosis 5 yrs ago He has always struggled to have a normal bowl movement. He now has a swollen belly no pain or nausea but he does crave sweet things and is constantly tired to the point of fatique - could he possibly have the h-pylori virus? We have tried various routes for treatment and have had diagnosis of IBS to lactose intolerate bu none of the prescribed treatments have really helped

* Hemochromatosis has been associated with
- cirrhosis of liver ( zonal iron deposition to fibrosis ) giving nausea,
swollen belly .
- Diabetes ( iron deposition in pancreatic islet beta cells - functional failure
cell death ) - giving rise to craving for sweet things .
* I don`t agree with H.Pylori therory in this case.
