Suggest Treatment For IBS
My fiance has IBS and it has gotten worse over a month or so. she wakes up every morning with diarrhea and nausea. she went to the ER(minor emerg) and they gave her promethazine and dicyclomine. her problem now is that she needs to eat these with food but she can't keep anything down.. do you have any suggestions or anything that might help?

My opinion-
IN the given situation, Your fiance seems to be having-IBS with wrong timing of medicines,which need to be added with Ciplox Oz and Domeperidone.
She needs to take- Dicyclomine and Promethazine atleast-1 hr-empty stomach-before taking food / In.
Avoid spicy, nonveg diet.
Keep her on bland rice/banana diet x 2 weeks.Instead-you can add Cap- Mova-c - 1 x 2 times a day-1 hr before food intake
Tab Vit B12 +Folic acid-sublingual Tab-2 times a day x 2 weeks.
Yoghurt x 2 times per day x 2weeks.
Butter Milk x 2-3 times a day x 2weeks.

Cap-Sporlac-1 x 2 times a day x empty stomach.
Other causes of IBS with diarrhea-like H.Pylori/Cl.diff- needs to be verified and ruled out, before giving any treatment.
With this treats she would stabilize with her IBS -D(Diarrhoea)
