Ok, I have IBS but lately I go two weeks without pooping but maybe a very little. Then I have really bad pains and go poop it hard at first then goes to diarrhea, my testicales hurt really bad and my poop smells allful. I also cannot cum during the time I haven't pooped but after I ejaculate a lot my wife likes it but she doesn't know why i can only cum every two to three weeks is this normal. Also my stomach is alway extended and makes me look like I have a beer belly but I don't drink.

Any help would be great, anything.
