Hi! my name is Promita Devi. I live in Manipur, Iam 34 years old lady unmarried. Since one month ago it had been found by Doctor that i have L.P.R. iam taking medicine for this problem for three weeks but till now it has no result please help. my weight is 58 and my height is 5

Dear LPR treated with medications like proton pump inhibitors (Esmoprazol, pantaprazole), prokinetic agents(levosufuride, metachlopramide, domperidone). With life style changes.

Avoid eating and drinking within two to three hours prior to bedtime
Do not drink alcohol, Eat small meals and slowly
Limit problem foods, Caffeine, Carbonated drinks
Chocolate, Peppermint, Tomato,Citrus fruits
Fatty and fried foods, Lose weight, Quit smoking
Wear loose clothing.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
