Hi,

Although there is no cure, there are many ways to decrease / eliminate PCOS symptoms. Hormonal pills are the common medication given. Treatments include birth control pills to regularise periods. Metformin is also given to prevent diabetes / insulin resistance. Hormonal pills can treat symptoms such as irregular periods, acne, excess hair, and elevated blood sugar.

Fertility treatments and myoinositol and certain other supplements will have to be taken in case you are planning for pregnancy. I would suggest you to start with progynova and monitor the results for 2 to 3 cycles.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
