Urologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
You need to see an Urologist and do the following tests.
1. Urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,creatinine,RBS,LFT,and platelets.
3. Ultrasound -KUB,with residual urine.
Inability to retract the foreskin and discharge, need's an Urologist opinion.
Maintain penile hygiene. Drink about ten glasses fluids daily.
According to reports,an expert treatment can be advised.
