Respected user , hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* Long term UTI management needs thorough assessment for proper
management protocols .
* I strongly suggest to get complete blood counts , serum creatinine, urine
culture & ultrasound examination for final treatment .

* General recommendations for better outcome
- Plenty of liquids
- Balanced light diet with organic citrus fruits , vitamin c supplements
- Tylenol (500) mg for back pain
- Hygienic care of private parts
- Avoid sexual intercourse

Hope this will help you .
