Suggest Treatment For UTI And Brown Tissue Discharge In Urine

HI, I have been having symptoms of an urinary tract infection for a little over a week now. My Dr. gave me Bacrtrim 800mg 2x daily for 3 days. The symptoms got a little better, but I am having a lot of pain in my lower abdomin area with pulsating in my gentials (I am female). I have had tiny bits of reddish brown tissue in my urine a couple times. I m afraid this is more than a UTI. I haven t had one in a long time, but it usually gets better after taking a couple antibiotics. This seems to be getting worse instead of better. The symptoms started a day afer I had sex, and I m afraid it could be an STD, although I haven t had any other types of discharge. I ve been taking uricalm and drinking cranberry juice, but is there anything else that will help with the pain?

1. Yes, with such symptoms it's Urinary tract infections, no doubt..

2. But it's always better to get Urine Routine and culture.
In urine culture we come across the organism responsible for Uti and can treat Accordingly.

3. Suggest you to get these two tests done..
And then, no need to worry absolutely, we can solve this problem..
