Suggest Treatment For UTI And Lower Back Pain

I have had several UTI s lately - treated with antibiotics but still have UTI symptoms. I have lower back pain on the left side - kidney? I also have muscle aches in the upper thighs. There is a bruise on lower back, left side which is painful to the touch. I am a 68 year old female. About six weeks ago I rode a rollercoaster and bumper cars with my seven year old grandson. I fear I may have bruised my back. But would a bruise still be evident six weeks later? YYYY@YYYY
