Suggest Treatment For UTI And Right-sided Back Pain

I've been suffering with a uti for the past week and no tablets or drinking sachets have worked and now since yesterday I keep getting a fluttering feeling in my lower left back with on and off stabbing pains and in my lower right side of my back it's an intense stabbing sharp pain enough to make me want to hit the deck but it only lasts a few seconds

1) Blood test: which may reveal too much calcium or uric acid in your blood
2) Imaging tests: like an ultrasound, plain abdominal X-ray, CT scan or intravenous pyelography (which involves injecting dye into your arm vein and taking X-rays as the dye travels through your kidneys and bladder.

I would suggest you discuss the usefulness of these test with your attending physician
