Suggest Treatment For UTI , Pneumonia And Dehydartion

November 2013, my brother was rushed to ER. It was discovered he had a raging UTI, pneumonia, and severe dehydration. The ER loaded him with antibiotics b/c of the severity of the pneumonia. The antibiotics put him into renal failure. Long story short, since then he has not been the same. The problem lies in that he has mental retardation so asking where he hurts, in essence, will lead no where. However, I ve noticed the changes. Since then he can barely write, gets confused easily, cannot read any longer, can t draw a square (does know what it is now), can no longer count money, and the list goes on. Many blood tests have been done but the tests shows everything within normal range whatever that means. I m at a loss where and what type of doctor I should seek for him. I just need HELP!

IN the given situation,Your brother seem to suffer from-Viral?Bacterial Pneumonia with Encephalitis with dementia with memory loss.
Remedy-
In given situation Consults with Neuro-Physician and team of doctors for correcting allied conditions with this situation.
Tests reports though normal, the neurological condition of the patient indicates, that your brother would need investigation for assessing cause of this brain damages and planning treatment in the given situation.
CT brain,CT Chest and other needed tests would be needed to plan any further treatment.
Other causes need to be investigations after detailed check and reviews.
