Suggest Treatment For UTI

I was prescribed macrobid for a uti. I never took my prescription, and obviously my symptoms have gotten worse. I notice that my urine is a dark reddish-brown color. I only occasionally have pain associated with urinating, which is why I never felt the need to take the prescription. But now I notice a very strong vaginal odor. NOT fishy..... more like a musty, chemical type smell. Also, a lot of watery discharge. My vagina constantly feels wet. Are these symptoms of a prolonged urinary tract infection? Will taking the macrobid help the musty odor? Please help!
