Hello

Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells, bacteria and RBC in urine.
Few epithelial cells are normally found in urine.
Thickened urinary bladder wall is also related to chronic UTI.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of urinary tract infection.
Drink plenty of water.
I also suggests alkalyzing syrups to my patients.

Get well soon.
Take Care
