Suggest Treatment For UTI

hello sir, In the month of july my family doctor said i had a UTI AND ASKD ME TO use pills - t.ciplox500 and t.darolax 20 for about 3weeks. now i dont get to see the symptoms of uti..can i say the infection is gone orlz still in dr?? and microscopy report - more than 100pus cells/hpf, 3-5 epithelial cells,8-10 rbc, no casts , no crystals , bacteria present. i have thickened bladder wall 5mm? i kinda tensed i dunno wat to do? plz help me

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
100 pus cells in urine suggest severe urinary tract infection. You should go for culture and sensitivity test and ultrasound abdomen. Then you should take antibiotics treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or cephalosporine group of drugs are helpful in recurrent infection.
You should also check your sugar level because diabetes is very common factor for urinary infection. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
