General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Repeated urinary infection in a child of 4 years must be evaluated for possible urinary reflux at vesico ureter level.

An ultrasound with 4D is the best way to proceed in this issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
