Suggest Treatment For UTI

Hi. I think I have UTI (again). At first, i had frequent urges to urinate even I've just went. Today, I'm having fever and lower back (right side) pain. I had urinalysis earlier and here are the results:

Sugar : Trace
Protein : Trace
WBC : TNTC
RBC : 6-9
Epithelial cells : Few
Bacteria : Moderate
Mucud Threads : Rare
A. Urates : Rare

My physician is out till next wednesday, I was thinking if it's safe to assume that this is really UTI and if I can go ahead and take the medicine she prescribed before which is Cefuroxime.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for contacting healthcare magic.

According to your urine report there is presence of urinary tract infection.
You have back pain problem that may be because of kidney infection.

You have to consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
Start antibiotics under doctor's suggestion .
UltraSonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
Take care.
Thanks.
