Suggest Treatment For A Black And Blue Eye

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I woke up with a black and blue eye one morning. No fight, no dog, no face trauma, but the only thing I can come up with is I have severe allergies and blew my nose really hard the night before. I ve heard this is possible for the blood vessels to break / burst if this happens. I have no other explanation. No swelling at all, just a black eye that is very hard to explain. Help?
