I am 32, single woman, height 5.2 Feet and weight 70 KG. I have PCOs and also a bad habit of rubbing my clit to climax otherwise i cannot sleep. I have a bruised and blackened clitoris as i dry rub it with a cloth in between finger and clit, Now i m getting married and do not want my partner to see it so black and ugly

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
