Suggest Treatment For A Bump In The Labia Majora

Hi. So I went a few months back to my doctor b/c there was a bump by the inner lips of my vagina inside the skin. My doctor took a Q tip looking thing and rubed it against the bump and sent it in for testing. I got a call back and the nurse told me it was nothing and to just keep it clean. I m wondering what the test was and what all it tested for. Also, a week ago I went to the doctor again and was positive for Chlamydia and BV. What all did that test test for too? And is it possible for someone to have Chlamydia and gonorrhea at the same time and if so would I know by the test? Can my partner get BV?
