Suggest Treatment For A Hard Lump On The Labia Majora

Over the past few days, I ve noticed this sort of hard lump about the size of a quarter near of anus. I had another one on my labia, but it went away. I tried soaking in epson baths, yet it doesn t open. I know it s not any form of STD because I haven t been sexually active in a year. Is this serious?
