Suggest Treatment For A Knee Pain While On Ibuprofen

I have hip, groin and knee pain in my left leg. It has been going on for three months and is worse at night and when I sit for a time. It seems to be getting worse. I have been taking ibuprofen which helps but doesn t fully stop the pain. Do I need to see a doctor?

Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would suggest you to go and see a Orthopeadician personally to evaluate a reason of pain as it can a strain injury , osteoarthritis or adductor strain etc.
Long Term use of painkillers also have side effects , so better to get a evaluation done for the proper treatment.

Hopefully this will answer your query.

Kind Regards
Dr Navneet Mahajan
