Suggest Treatment For A Problem In The Bladder
After TURBT operation & diagnosed by Biopsy as Carcinoma OncoBCG was administrated inside the bladder. From 3rd day haematuria begins & continuing till 14 days & so on. My doctors suggest me to take Pause 500 thrice daily(1500mg/Day) for five days.But that also failed to fix bleeding.My Hematocrit value is now 28% instead of 45% & Heamoglobin is 9.I m getting weak day after day. After 15 tablet consuming now blood clot is blocking my urination & causing severe pain. 1. How to stop the bleeding? 2. Is Pause XT will be better than Pause 500? 3. Etamsylate or Tranexamic acid which Haemostatic drug is better & safe comparatively? 4. Is OncoBCG is not suitable for me? After each OncoBCG dose I will have to suffer like this extreme pain? Is there any other way to treat bladder cancer?

well if there is a clot then it need to be evaluated how much big it is ,it may require to be evacuated ,as far as bleeding is concerned tranexa is suitable for that as a trial
