Suggest Treatment For A Raised Bruise On Inner Arm

My four year old has a raised bruise on her inner arm she was playing on the jungle gym other day but i would think yhat shr would have cried if it happened there im just worried cause its raised bump like bruise and the size of a nickel. Should i worry ?

HI...it might have been a trivial un-noticed injury during the play activity. But if the bruise is increasing in size or occurring again and again I think we need to rule out bleeding disorder as it is not common to have spontaneous bruising at this age.
