Suggest Treatment For A Sore Hard Lump On The Labia Majora

I have a hard line in my labia. It started as a hard lump, that had a purplish color to the skin, was very sore to touch. I squeezed it to see if there was a head, nothing came out. A few days later the lump started disappearing but suddenly there was a hard line and it spread. It goes from near the back inside the labia, to the outside near the front, about an inch and a half long. Feels very sore to touch, and has a bit of a sting to it.

The possibilities are genital wart and molluscum. Nothing much to worry as both of them are easily curable and harmless conditions. Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
