Suggest Treatment For A Thyroid Problem

my thyroid is under active i gained fifty lbs, I have fibromyalgia, ostio arthritus in my neck, my neck always feels like it is closing in, I recently had my appendix out, lower back pain, tired, depressed etc...Can my thyroid be causing allot of this?

Hello,

Yes, if it is severe underactive thyroid it may be the cause of your symptoms.
After starting treatment with levothyroxine they improve within 1 month.
