Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Loose Stools
Good evening. I have been having cramps in my stomach, in fact more like spasms. Quite weird and causes me to sometimes stoop. Similar to appendicitis i had many years ago. Pain is around the navel area, and is like when having done many sit-ups. I have a change in bowel habbits; looser and more often and feel very tired plus anxiety, dizziness and not so much a lack of apetite, but i know that i cannot eat as much as before. I have a meal and leave half of it, getting bloated very quickly.
Hi i appreciate your concern in my opinion it could be gastroenteritis
have plenty of oral fluids and ORS to maintain good hydration Tab pantoprazole 40 mg with antacids Try to be stress free have adequate sleep and go for exercise daily to allay anxiety
a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor in case of chronic diarrhoea
Hope this helps you Thanks for your question Good luck
