Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Loose Stools

Hi iam 41 years old twice in the last 6 months when having a few beers with my mates i get rumble in my tummy and i try to go to the toilet but all that comes out is clear fluid not smelly .

it just comes out at the times of dicomfort i will not past wind as it could cause a problem.

what should i do.

Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use over-the-counter options include Imodium (loperamide) and Pepto-Bismol or Kaopectate(bismuth subsalicylate).
-Use probiotics.
-Take frequent, small sips of water or a rehydration drink and small bites of salty crackers.
-Begin eating mild foods the next day or sooner, depending on how you feel.
-For the abdominal cramps use buscopan.
