Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Yellow Stool

i have had a stomach bug and have had abdominal cramps and yellow stools. I took Tums for two days. It seemed to make it worse. The cramping got worse. I stopped the Tums and the cramping is getting better. How long should i let the yellow stools go before going to the doctor. I got the bug on friday, this is monday.

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Consume soft , light diet with fresh curd preferable .
- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages .
- Consume proton pump inhibitor ( as omeprazole ) on empty stomach
and anti spasmodic ( as dicyclomine or drotaverine ) & antibiotics ( with
preferably metronidazole on the pack ) morning and evening after meals
for 2 days .

* Consult later doctor if required .
