Abdominal pain is very challenging for a physician and surgeon, it can be due to infection and it is the most common condition noted. Besides this, it can be due to colic, biliary colic, renal colic, it can be due to obstruction. Initially, the pain can be managed with anti-spasmodic medicine, later on, a number of tests are needed to differentiate the underlying condition.
Abdominal pain could be non-specific and such pain comes around on its own, severe conditions demands immediate medical attention, it can be due to food allergic condition.
Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
Regards,
