Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Excessive Burping

I am getting squeezing pains in my left side under my ribcage. 8PM last night - I was weed eating and it stopped me in my tracks. I could not move without excruciating pain. I finally made it in the house and thought maybe it was a gas type pain because I had not eaten anything since breakfast. I ate something, burped excessively - and felt better. Tonight, around same time, weed eating again, felt same pain coming on. Stopped weed eating immediately and leaned over for a few minutes. Pain passed and came in the house, only difference was I ate 3 meals today. 53 year old female...

Noted the history of squeezing pains in left side, under rib cage, 8 pm last night which stopped you in the tracts. thought it was gas type, burped excessively due to eating and felt better; recurred again the next night.
The most probable cause can be acidity or mild form of gastroenteritis, not sufficient to cause loose stools but gases.
I would advise you the following:
To get a proper diagnosis at the earliest, consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like X-ray of the chest and abdomen, ultrasonography, tests of stool, urine and blood.
Medications as per the symptoms and findings of the investigations.
