Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Indigestion

I've had sharp electric like pains in my abdomen, and under my ribs, bad indigestion and wind for the past five days, also feeling quite tired and sleeping badly. I think I've felt like this in the past but not for so many days in a row. I feel quite full and although I'm eating I have no appetite really.

Dear- the reason for abdominal pain and indigestion varies. It could be some food intolerance, as lactose or gluten that is giving you this symptom. This indigestion gives you the fatigue and sleeping sensation. You need to try to eat healthy, fruit and vegetables (avoid cauliflower, broccoli and lettuce) and drink plenty of water. Avoid carbonated drinks too because it creates gas.
If you still with this problem after changing your eating habit, go to your primary care doctor.
