Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Nausea

I've had some back pain (siatic nerve) the last few days. Today when I woke up I had abdoominal pain (felt like my insides wanted to fall out). I stayed home all day and drank lots of water. This evening when I went to kitchen to fix something to eat, I got extrememly dizzy and thought I was going to faint. Plus felt very sick to my stomach. I got a very salty taste in my mouth while I was sitting on the kitchen floor. I was finally able to get back up and head back to bed.
