Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain Despite Taking Antibiotics

I’ve had severe abdominal pain for a couple of months now. Saw 2 doctors. Diagnosis 1. My pcp: chlamydia. Diagnosis 2. Hospital visit: uti 1000mg Azithromycin one dose Macrobid bid x 5 Started feeling better the 2 days after the azithromycin then, my last three days of macrobid, the pain is coming back. Is it the antibiotics that aren’t working? I’ve been low grade 99.9-101 while taking macrobid. Well, I just took my last dose and I have a 100.7 temp and my dr told me to take some Tylenol. What if I have pelvic inflammatory disease, I have asthma and my ct on Monday showed a bacterial infection along the bottom of my lungs and it’s just something’s not right. I’m a single mom of a 2 1/2 year old. He had flu a in feb. then pnemonia. Then we spent 2 nights in a children’s hospital for failed oral antibiotics and he’s got more pnemonia and a double ear infection. So I let the symptoms go on longer than I should’ve to care for him (who’s doing better. Last day of antibiotics. Crossing our fingers there are no more rebounds.
