Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain When Diagnosed With Pulmonary Hypertension
my niece has pulmonary hypertension and is currently in the hospital in ICU, because she has a lot of pain in and around the stomach. she has a bacterial infection in the blood, has a fast heart rate, and her blood pressure dropped to 52, but is now o.k. they had told her she had a kidney stone, but now they are saying it disintegrated.. why does she have pain then? She also has a fever. She also has cirrhosis.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists you can consult a general surgeon and opt for an ultrasound scan.
